Framed or unframed?
All four album-cover prints use 12 × 12 inch square matte paper with a centered 10.7 × 10.7 inch uncropped cover image and an even 0.65 inch cream border on every side. The cream border is printed on the paper; it is not a separate mat board. Choose an unframed print for your own frame, or the black pinewood frame with a plexiglass front and pre-installed hanging hardware. The frame’s outer size extends beyond the paper dimensions.
Where do the album prints ship?
The black-frame edition currently has US shipping. The unframed edition currently has US and Canada shipping. Availability for your exact address is confirmed at checkout. Other merchandise can have different delivery destinations.
What does shipping cost?
For one album print, current standard shipping is $12.49 USD for the framed edition to the US, or $6.99 USD for the unframed edition to the US and $12.09 USD to Canada. Multiple items, mixed formats and other products can have different charges. Final shipping charges and any applicable taxes appear at checkout before you pay.
When will my print arrive?
Album prints are made to order. Most orders take 2–7 business days in production before shipping; busy periods may take longer. For the framed edition, standard US transit is estimated at 4–7 business days after dispatch. Alaska, Hawaii and eligible US territories may take an additional 7–12 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Unframed transit depends on the destination and carrier.
Will everything arrive together?
Products made by different fulfillment partners may arrive in separate packages. This can affect shipping charges and arrival dates.
Can I request a return?
Our refund policy allows return requests within 30 days after receipt, subject to its eligibility conditions and exceptions. Please request a return before sending anything back.
What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?
Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately about damage, a defect or a wrong item. Include your order number and describe the issue. You can email photos of the item and packaging to JMA@johnnymcandrews.com to help us assess it.
Questions about digital sheet music?
Sheet music is a digital download; no physical item is shipped. Check the product preview before buying. If you need help accessing your purchase, contact us with your order number and the email used at checkout. Please do not include payment-card details.
